I assume that I have missed some instructions somewhere. I have downloaded Blitz++-0.7 and tried:
        ./configure --with-cxx=gcc
        make lib >lib.out
        make check-testsuite >check-testsuite.out

and it is failing on the matthias-troyer-2.cpp component at about line 175 of check-testsuite.out with a message "template instantiation depth exceeds maximum of 17"

I think something must be misconfigured. Can you offer any suggestions?
