Hi Xavier,
I wasn't able to reproduce the compiler warnings that you were getting with the Intel
compiler using the blitz testsuite. But I went ahead and added the std:: qualifier
to string everywhere in the blitz headers using the BZ_STD_SCOPE macro. I also added
the explicit casts in those two prettyPrintFormat class methods that you mentioned.
I'm not sure about the compiler warnings from VC7 about the ListInitializationSwitch
assignment operator. The line numbers cited in the warning message don't seem to
correspond to anything meaningful in the source code. I can try to look at this with
VS .NET 2003 later on and see if I can reproduce the problem there and make sense of it.
