Here is a small patch for some minor corrections in blitz. It mostly
removes some non useful lines in the code. The main change is the
addition of a specialization for the swap method that does not work
intuitively with blitz arrays due to the operator= definition.
I have plenty other small patches of this order (const correction,
AsExpr improvement, class-->typename), but I first need to extract
those from the other CVS repo that I have and remove some unwanted
difference (I zapped the $Log in the source files).
Finally, it is really a pity that blitz iterators do not conform to
STL specifications (cannot apply a lot of the algortithms,
reverse_iterators are not working, etc...). Would a patch that
attempts to improve this aspect be considered or is the position
that blitz cannot implement this efficently so do not care being
compatible definitive...
