Hi Vince,
The workaround you mentioned is probably the most reasonable thing to do.
The TAU support in blitz has not been maintained and is probably very
outdated
with respect to newer versions of TAU. I am familiar with TAU and wouldn't
mind seeing the TAU profiling of blitz made operational again. If you
care to submit
any patches to blitz for this purpose, I would be grateful. It's not
something I have
time to work on myself at the moment.
