Hi David,
That's great that you were able to construct yourself a solution file for
some of the example codes. This is something that we should go ahead and
add to the blitz archive file for VS.NET support. Go ahead and e-mail what
you have to me as a zip file attachment. I can probably sort out how to
modify the project properties to use the right environment variables rather
than hard-coded locations (or you can do this by referring to the
pre-existing project files!). Thank you for your contribution.
Regards, Julian C.

Subject: [Blitz-dev] A VS .NET 03 sln. for the examples
Hi! To test my blitz-0.8 installation (as well as my ability to transmute
furnished projects into new ones), I created a Visual Studio .NET 2003
solution file which builds five of the (simpler) examples as console apps:
array, cartesian, complex-test, matmult, and simple (I could easily but
tediously add the rest of the examples, but I figure leaving 'em out leaves
others w/ some relatively easy practice exercises :-) ). If others feel it
would be useful to add this to the distribution, I offer it up, with one
caveat: I'm not good w/ DOS system variables, so I didn't use one when
specifying where to look for the library for building complex-test - should
my contribution be accepted, I invite another party to substitute an
appropriate system variable for my "hard value" used in that project's
properties. Please let me know where or to whom and how to submit the
solution file and its projects. Thanks!
