Dave,
There is some discussion of cvs and how to use anonymous cvs access to
sourceforge projects such as blitz. Go to
http://sourceforge.net/projects/blitz and then click on the cvs link for
more information. You will need a cvs client in order to use the cvs
repository. Under Windows, you could use something like wincvs or you
could run cvs under cygwin. Maybe other Windows users out there have
some further suggestions for you.
The trouble with the bug reports and follow-ups is that there is a bug
reporting mechanism under sourceforge, but most people do not seem to be
using it. Instead, they just send an e-mail to one of the blitz mailing
lists. If you actually use the sourceforge website to file a bug
report, it is easier for me and others to see what the problem was,
whether it has been resolved, and what the solution was. I just now
realized that I was subscribed to blitz-support but not to blitz-bugs,
so I wasn't seeing the traffic on that list. I have fixed that. But
it's easier to keep track of changes and get updates if you use and
monitor blitz via sourceforge.
Regards, Julian C.
