The online blitz manual on the oonumerics.org website is no longer being
maintained along with the blitz releases at sourceforge.net. Maybe Todd
Veldhuizen can tell us if there is any way to resyncrhonize the online
manual or post an updated version somewhere...? For now, it is best to
refer to the docs contained in the tarball, which are fair bit more
current (although certainly still lacking in many respects).
