Did anyone hear of a map<.,.,.,.>-implemantation, shadowing its data into
a database [maybe by replacing the normal allocator-mechanism as to hand
out the map's index-parameter as a parameter to the allocators. By the way,
does anyone know, whether the C++-commitees plan to allow instances of type
void ( e.g. in order to allow for an STL-version that hands out these
indices with only minimal changes to the actual sources. )].
