POOMA is now being maintained as an open-source software package called
FreePOOMA. Go to http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/freepooma.
I haven't been able to find a site that has PETE available for download,
and unfortunately, I do not seem to have an old copy of it anywhere. It
is no longer being actively maintained, as far as I know.
