Hello world,

i get used to use the MTl matrix type in several programs up to now
successfull in the older Version 6 of the Microsoft Visual Studio.

Now I´m trying to transfer the code to VisualStudio.NET (Microsoft
Visual C++ .NET 69536-270-0000007-18034) and have
downloaded the latest version of MTL from the MTL Home-page
 mtl-2.1.2-21.zip specified for Visual C++ 7 on the MTL Homepage

but using the Compiler i´got a lot of errors the kind:
"vs7\mtl\light1D.h
....
#elif defined( _MSVCPP7_ )
  /// used std::_Ptrit in order to support iterator_traits for
  /// pointers masquerading as iterators as per std::vector and
std::basic_string - BEL
  //
  typedef std::_Ptrit<value_type, difference_type, pointer, reference,
pointer, reference> ptr_iterator;

"vs7\mtl\light1D.h(87) : error C2039: 'Ptrit': Is not a Element of 'std'

.
is there a more recent Version of the MTL or is ther an available fix
for this problem
