BZDEV: Ideas

Hello Blitz people!

I have a few ideas for possible TODO items with Blitz++:

    1) Make commercial licensing possible -- and maybe use the proceeds to
help fund additional development. My project would gladly pay for a
decently supported and stable product derived from Blitz.

    2) I would be interested in adding specializations for dense bit
TinyVectors, Vectors and matrices. Eventually sparse would be nice
too, when the sparse vectors and matrices are ready.

    3) Statistical methods and tests, in addition to the random number
generators on the list. (ie. regressions)

    4) Numerical optimization library

    5) Interpreted version of Blitz structures for scripting (or is Matlab
       good enough for everyone?)

I'd be willing to help out on all of the above as well as supporting various
platform specific components under Digital Unix.

Best regards,
Kevin Jacobs
