I try to compile blitz-980417 with egcs-1.03a. I compile the blitz lib
fine but the first test produce a compiler crash :

make[1]: Entering directory
`/grosdisk/blitz-test/blitz-980417/testsuite'
g++ -I./.. -ftemplate-depth-30 -g -DBZ_DEBUG -c ./ctors.cpp
../blitz/arraybops.cc: In function `class
_bz_ArrayExpr<_bz_ArrayExprOp<_bz_ArrayExprConstant<float>,_bz_ArrayExpr<P_expr>,Divide<float,typename
P_expr2::T_numtype> > > operator /(float, class _bz_ArrayExpr<P_expr>)':

In file included from ../blitz/array.h:2348,
                 from ./ctors.cpp:2:
../blitz/arraybops.cc:2419: virtual memory exhausted

My system is Linux .The configure option of egcs are:
../configure --host=i586-pc-linux-gnulibc1 --prefix=/home/pierre2/local
--enabl
e-haifa --enable-shared --norecursion

Are they a solution for this problem.

Best regards
