The latest snapshot (blitz-19980728) will now work with DECcxx. Many
thanks to Kevin Jacobs for the dec account.
Note: other parts of blitz are currently in disrepair in blitz-19980728;
probably the testsuite won't build properly. These bugs will be fixed
before the next release.
