Nope :-)
Blitz++ is going to be free even for commercial use, but there hasn't
been any decision about exactly which license to adopt. I find licensing
issues less exciting than development work, so they tend to drop to the
bottom of my priority list.
I think the idea of charging for commercial use and funnelling the
money to developers is nice in principle, but probably unworkable
in practice. Deciding the relative value of developers' contributions
is not something I would want to have to do.
On a somewhat unrelated note, blitz-dev passed the 100 subscribers
point last week.
