I don't think it's in conflict, but I am asking the policy makers.
We do have this statement , which I believe is not in conflict with the
letter of your license, but perhaps with the intent:
"The license of a Debian component may not restrict any party from selling
or giving away the software as a component of an aggregate software
distribution containing programs from several different sources. The
license may not require a royalty or other fee for such sale."
( see http://www.debian.org/social_contract#guidelines )
Another item in the debian guidlines, is that we cannot distribute
with a debian specific license.
