It comes on the Applications CD that is sold with the official RedHat
6.0 boxed set. But it's just a way to avoid downloading. Here is the
readme from the Kuck directory on the CD:

] KAI C++ is commercial software which requires a
] license codekey to be activated. Purchase information
] is available at
] http://www.kai.com/C_plus_plus/v3.3/price_list.html
] or contact KAI. A separate codekey must be obtained from
] Kuck & Associates, Inc., for every computer on which you
] wish to run KAI C++.
]
] A temporary (30-day) evaluation license is also
] available. To apply for an evaluation license, go to
] http://www.kai.com/C_plus_plus/evaluate.html, select "Intel
] x86 running Linux" and complete and submit the form.

Sorry.
