KAI C++ free with Red Hat?

According to this web page, a full version of KAI C++ is being shipped
with Red Hat Linux:

If true, this would be terrific news (esp. considering a KAI C++ license
for linux is $395, whereas Red Hat is $80).

Anyone with the Red Hat 6 CD's out there? Is this a mistake?
