Hello all,
I am sending this message to let you know that I have written a paper
about an object-oriented framework for SQP that I have been working on for
the last few years that you can read at:
http://dynopt.cheme.cmu.edu/roscoe
What might be of particular interest to many of you is a convention for
combining concrete (dense) and abstract (sparse) linear algebra and
naming linear algebra operations. This is discussed in the paper that you
can get at the above web site.
At this point I am not really ready to release the code to the general
public mainly because the documentation is not extensive enough to answer
most usage questions. However, there are ports for Microsoft Visual C++
6.0 on Windows, g++ on Linux and the MIPS Pro compilers on the SGI. If
you think this code would really benefit you in the very near future then
you can contact me and I will see what we can do.
In the mean time you can also browse through some DOC++ documentation at:
http://dynopt.cheme.cmu.edu/rSQPpp/doc++
Cheers,
Roscoe
