Hi All,

We've got some comparisons in an upcoming paper, which lives at

http://www.acm.org/toms/Upcoming.html

It's mainly a record of our experiences (mostly good) with using C++ in
environmental modeling; you might find it interesting if you're looking
for some basic CPU time comparisons of C++ and Fortran codes
implementing the same algorithms for the same problems.

Chris
