We are pleased to announce a new release of GGCL at

http://www.lsc.nd.edu/research/ggcl/

Highlights of the new release include

1. Additional compilers supported:
VC++ 6.0 with SP3 on Windows NT/98
SGI MIPSpro 7.0 on IRIX

2. The GGCL License is now open-source compliant and free for
commercial use.

3. Updated documentation is online.
We have a PDF version of new GGCL user manual published on the web.

4. GGCL has been tested in the following environments:
   VC++ 6.0 with SP3 on Windows NT/98,
   SGI MIPSpro 7.0,
   KAI's Compiler 3.4x on Linux and Solaris,
   GCC 2.95.x on Linux and Solaris
