There is a bug in the Fix32 multiplication operator!
The underlying fixed-point arithmetic is not a problem.
I'm pretty sure that I can do that at least as well as Doug Lea.

But do you know anyone who has done it already?
I don't mind re-inventing the wheel
but I was hoping that I might learn
from what other people have done.
